We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all products shipped (approximate shipping time is 2-6 days from order date) within the contiguous 48 states. If you would like Express delivery, an additional charge will be added to your bill. International Shipping Charges apply to all orders outside of the contiguous 48 states.


Items purchased at full price are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as the product has not been used or laundered and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost.

Note: If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization Number you have to send an e-mail to: In the subject line, please type in EXCHANGE (or) RETURN REQUEST. Under message, please indicate your name, order number, and the reason of exchanging or returning. If it is an exchange also include what you would like to exchange it for. Every fabric used in the design of Feed-a-Baby items is carefully selected for its color, texture, durability, and beauty.  If needed, the items may be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dried on a low setting.  To keep the crisp, new look they may be ironed on a cool setting.
